Spamming Explosive Blast while In-Geom is up can drain your AP, but with a little management you shouldn't need much resource cost reduction (e.g., don't spam it when there are few monsters to hit to regen AP from MW: Conduit). You can clear a lot of trash quickly while the In-Geom buff is up, but you've got to cover some ground too, to get to the next elite or shrine. Alternatives to Warzechians and Wreathe for mobility would be Storm Armor: Scramble or Krelm's Buff Belt (might want to use a Gizzard for extra shielding to keep the buff active). Only needs around 50% cooldown reduction, as you'll spend the majority of the rift with the In-Geom buff active.
